This is an E-motion Yoga retreat and teacher training open to both students and yoga teachers.
It will be an intensive fun filled 3 day immersion in the practice and art of E-motion Yoga, which includes shaking medicine and internal alchemy Qi Gong.
We will go deep in releasing our suppressed and blocked emotions, uprooting and letting go of past trauma, and letting go of stress through tuning into natural and instinctive shaking and vibration.
The course is both a self investment in your own clearing of your past. If you are a yoga teacher it gives you techniques to help your yoga students heal their emotional body using E-motion Yoga.
This is for anyone who wants an intensive, relaxing and fun weekend of E-motion Yoga as well as for the aspiring yoga teacher who would like to add a new yoga to their teaching repertoire.
This course is a certificate course and allows you to be an E-motion Yoga Teacher. The pre-requisite to obtain the certificate is that you are a qualified yoga teacher (modulo some special cases). To obtain the certificate all scheduled events must be attended.
If you are here to become an E-motion Yoga teacher then all scheduled events are mandatory to obtain your certificate. If you are here for relaxation then all events are of course optional.

E-motion Yoga does not claim to fix problems rather it aims to support your body to do the organic healing which is what it was designed to do once we allow it. You body is a super-computer with an organic inbuilt anti-virus for cleaning itself but we have forgotten this process. Because the organic mechanism that heals emotional trauma has been suppressed for so long in our society that our bodies are not doing what it is designed to do, which in my opinion is to heal the mind. You do not need to have emotional trauma to get great benefits from E-motion Yoga because it also helps to release chronic stress which in itself is a form of repressed emotions. Chronic stress is now acknowledged by modern medicine to be a major cause of many diseases so it makes common sense that we develop organic ways of discharging this safely and effectively using methods that are natural for the body and mind.
