3 DAY E-MOTION YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

The E-motion Yoga teacher training is an intensive 3 day immersion in the practice and art of using yoga for healing our emotions. The course is both a self investment in your own clearing of your past as well as giving you the skills to help your yoga students heal their emotional body using E-motion Yoga.

This course is a certificate course and allows you to be an "E-motion Yoga Teacher" and also run workshops in this practice.
The setting for this 3 day teacher training is also aimed as a pleasurable rejuvenation for you also, with morning beach Qigong classes as well as beach activities and nature walks in the national park during the 3 days.
We hold the event at our beach front house at Palm Beach, Gold Coast, which is about 10-15 mins by car from Coolangatta airport. We have 3 rooms available for rent at the house for budget rates and several motels and holiday apartment's within the block available as accommodation.
Lunch is provided and we have numerous good restaurants in the area and a lovely food court as well as a health food store near by.

E-motion Yoga does not claim to fix problems rather it aims to support your body to do the organic healing which is what it was designed to do once we allow it. You body is a super-computer with an organic inbuilt anti-virus for cleaning itself but we have forgotten this process. Because the organic mechanism that heals emotional trauma has been suppressed for so long in our society that our bodies are not doing what it is designed to do, which in my opinion is to heal the mind. You do not need to have emotional trauma to get great benefits from E-motion Yoga because it also helps to release chronic stress which in itself is a form of repressed emotions. Chronic stress is now acknowledged by modern medicine to be a major cause of many diseases so it makes common sense that we develop organic ways of discharging this safely and effectively using methods that are natural for the body and mind.
